Julie is a native of Gulf Breeze, Florida. After graduating Gulf Breeze High School in 2007, she attended Florida State University where she received her BSN in Nursing. She furthered her education by attending the Physician Assistant Program at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. While practicing as a PA in Orthopedics in Birmingham, AL, she and her husband purchased their first investment property on Pensacola Beach in 2019. The last 4 years they have been successfully managing The Perch vacation rental and found a love for real estate. Julie specializes in investment properties and enjoys sharing her short term rental knowledge. When not selling real estate, she is usually at home with her two young children, traveling with her husband, or enjoying her favorite eateries.
